Adult FreeJavaChat's Terms of Service

  • Use of Proxies/CGI Clients without prior approval from the Network is prohibited & will be banned.
  • No Child Porn/Illegal material or content deemed inappropriate by Staff, of Any kind, will be permitted
  • Since we are a family friendly server we do expect channels that offer adult content be clearly listed as an adult channel and/or be set /mode +s
  • Harassing of users in the channel Or in Private messaging won't be tolerated
  • Outside (non-services) bots are allowed Provided they are not malicious (i.e., clone bots, ddos bots, sub bots)
  • We abide by C.O.P.P.A. and will remove any chatter under the age of 13. If pertaining to an Adult Chat Room anyone under the age of 18 will be removed. Unless there are special circumstances that staff is aware of and agree to anyone older than 19 will be removed from our teen channel.
  • Channel owners control their own channel however, owners and their Moderators are expected to exercise control over their channel and users. Only in very extreme situations will staff become involved (i.e., Illegal materials and/or violations of Network Rules).
  • No talk of Hacking nor Any references of Any kind will be tolerated
  • Any attempt(s) to Mimic another channel's name or mislead people away from the channel they were looking to join is prohibited. Mimicking of a Staff members nick, attempting to impersonate and/or represent yourself as a Staff member, for any reason, is Forbidden.
  • All users of this server are subject to any action(s) on the part of Server Staff solely at their (Staffs) discretion at any time, for any violation of any rules as listed in the T.O.S. Staff also reserves the right to have the final word in any situation dealing with the T.O.S.
  • Please deal with the staff with respect and you'll receive the same in return. While we offer our services at NO cost to the public, HOWEVER kindly remember that the people that staff this Network are not paid employee's. While we do our best to maintain a well staffed Network, there maybe occasions when staff isn't available to assist with questions in #help. Spamming #help at those times is frowned upon. If such a situation arises /msg memoserv send #help Question Here. Someone from the staff will get back to you A.S.A.P.
  • Flooding channels/users/servers in public or private chat is NOT tolerated.
  • Please maintain a nickname in good taste or expect to be requested to change it when dealing with staff. To change your nickname type the following prompt in chat: /nick NEWNICKHERE
  • If you have a complaint about staff and would like to report it email it to akill@ircstorm.net and it will be promptly responded to. Include any relevant information you have: your nickname, the date/time of occurrence and any logs you have to support your complaint.
  • If someone you know has been banned please instruct them to contact akill@ircstorm.net to request a review. Such matters are considered private and should only be discussed between the Staff and the person in question.
  • Any attempts to reproduce the content/graphics/software of this site/domain/Network will be considered Copyright infringement and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
